Contacting Richard was one of the best decisions I have made, Although the apprenticeship was intense, it was this process that has seen my confidence rise tenfold. I have been listening intently to the Property Voice since the very first broadcast and haven't missed one since! Richard's presentation style just keeps you listening, the depth and breadth of quality material covered is relevant to our current and emerging property world in the UK.
I have been involved in residential and commercial property since 2000. Initially I started out with a chain of 6 retail outlets as a tenant (or lessee in commercial terms) back in the late 1990's & when we employed a consultant I remember those life changing words that made 'the penny drop'. The consultant had simply said to us why are you renting when you could be buying the buildings (it sounds so simple doesn't it!).......anyway we went from there and since then have purchased a reasonable number of cash flowing freehold buildings since.
In 2016 I re-focused on my property education & spent lots of time thinking, listening, reading, touring, viewing & attending shows / property meet ups........eventually finding Richard and the Property Voice! I’ve done quite a bit of property education that for whatever reason didn't seem to work with me. And I wanted to share this testimony because I had almost lost hope - but with Richard's help, I am back on track. What Richard has done and is continuing to do during the program is to care enough to really focus on what I personally need in order to progress. We have looked at my past - what has previously stopped me. We've looked at my future - what am I personally looking to create - and my present - what are the things that I personally need to do that will get me there.
There are two analogies that have come to mind. The first is a bow and arrow. Richard’s been helping me pull back the bow and I can feel that when we let go, I will get much, much further. The other analogy is that it feels like when a satellite hooks around a planet on its way to another location. (It’s weird I know, please do bear with me!) The satellite uses the gravity of the planet to accelerate off in its own direction. That’s what these 100 days are feeling like!
I’m having visions of my future that I have never had before. The visions don't come from positive thinking, they come because Richard is giving me the skills that I need to be able to create them. We are being coached into independence and not to dependence. That is a wonderful thing.
The progress is partly down to Richard's personality - his caring nature, high ethics and his desire for the best for us - but it’s also down to Richard's skill - he has helped me with many necessary realizations already, one training session recently blew my mind and taught me stuff that I could never have got to on my own or haven't got to in my three year property journey so far.
Anyway - I wanted to share to thank Richard, as frankly, I want others to benefit from this program too! Thanks so much, Richard and his team and to the other mentees. I am looking forward to the future!

This package is best suited to those looking for a quick start. For example to get going on your journey, define or refine your strategy, or a boost in some way to get from thought to action. It is a structured approach following an outline as follows:
- Session 1 is us getting to know you and your objectives in depth.
- Session 2 is us presenting a selection of options back to you to consider.
- Session 3 is open for you to drill down further to discuss and explore the suggestions, ask questions and so on.
The objective is to get you to a ready for action state by the end of session 3 over a 2-4 week period.
Delivery is via conference calls

This package is best suited to those looking for ongoing guidance and support. For example to bounce ideas off the mentors as you make progress on your property journey, ask questions and get input into different aspects of the 'property investment acquisition lifecycle' (including Research, Sourcing, Acquisition, Financing, Project Management, Letting & Exit Strategy). It is a more free-format approach following an outline as follows:
- A regular mentoring programme over an agreed period that is objective driven
- Together, we deal with any and all issues arising along the way via the free format monthly calls & email exchange.
- For each session, we would agree the content/agenda/objective in advance, discuss the issues with you, provide call summary notes along with any action steps.
- The intention of this programme is a regular guide or sounding board with an experienced property investor for you and so the path is directed by you.
The objective is to get you actively investing/involved in property during the engagement and so I would qualify the likelihood of this happening before we start to ensure nobody wastes their time or money.
Delivery is via regular conference calls and interim email support (subject to a fair use policy).
