There is not much more to say if what you require or just enjoy is a nifty graphical trend view of asking prices over time. Of course, averages and asking prices, rather than detailed individual selling prices, do have some inherent limitations but if we just want a snapshot then this is a really useful tool.
Property lovers, Rightmove fans and geeky-types will surely idle away plenty of time...and where better to start than with our own residential or investment area of course?
