What about the least in rental affordability?…London & Edinburgh are gimmes though? If you picked Oxford or Manchester, you would be wrong it seems…

Interesting, if not wholly useful, as rental affordability in a city area can be a bit hit and miss…these are averages across all property types in a wide urban area of course, so pinch of salt and all that 🙂
