Motivation Monday – Richard’s Insight
It’s true that to achieve things in life that it will invariably involve hard work. Even lucky people will have had to work hard to earn their luck. If it was not hard work and just luck, then expect a fall sometime soon too!
In addition to hard work, there is also smart work. Some people seem to work hard but don’t always get what they deserve. This can be because they are channelling their energy towards fulfilling somebody else’s dream or ‘why’. Get your own dream or reason why and it might just change the direction of your work, making it smarter. It may still be hard work, but both hard & smart work applied consistently towards a compelling vision, will surely bring its rewards…eventually 🙂
