Property Investor Toolkit...what's that all about then? A few people have mentioned to me that they don't know what it is, so this post aims to put that right! The Property Investor Toolkit is free resource available to all subscribers to The Property Voice. All you need to do to get it is drop an email address in that box on the right hand side of the website and you will get it no questions asked. You don't even need to give me your name, although at least a first name will make the emails a little more personal đ As of November 2014 it is the first version but it will have periodic updates as it evolves...and as I spot my tpyos đ As long as you remain a subscriber, you will receive notifications of future releases and updates. If you have any suggestions of how we can add to or improve the Toolkit, then please let us know. Let me begin by explaining what the idea of the Property Investor Toolkit is. The Toolkit is as an aid to investors, new or experienced, for the use in considering their ideal property investment journey, assessing potential property investments individually or as a portfolio and a bunch of other resources along the way. In this first version, you will find the following sections:
