How I Lost £1.8m in Property!
You see, we all need a proper game plan in our property business, but it took 4 years between me deciding to get serious to me actually getting serious and having my game plan in place. Once I started to follow my personalised game plan, I bought 3 investment properties within a year, which was OK as a beginner investing in my spare time.
Then the lesson dawns on me...if I had the game plan in place right at the start, then I would have started my property investments 4 years earlier.
4 years repeating what I actually did in that first year proper equates to...£1.8 million in properties.
That's a very big lesson to learn for anyone, I am sure you would agree.
However, it could all have been avoided...had I just had the right game plan in place right from the start. Had I have invested just 4 hours in defining my game plan, then I could have avoided those 4 lost years and that rather large property investment total as a result.
Many people say that their biggest mistake in property was not starting sooner...well, with my example, you can see the potential cost of not starting sooner I imagine right?
