Motivation Monday – Richard‘s Insight

Would you rather be a pioneer or a follower?

Successful pioneer’s often make the most money & receive the greatest plaudits (e.g. Apple, Disney, Boeing, etc.) BUT also have the toughest, most resistant path to take.

Successful followers often make less money & have to ‘try harder’ as Avis famously said (e.g. Samsung, Universal, McDonald Douglas, etc.) BUT also have an easier, less resistant path to some extent.

So, in truth, I am in two minds about this one today…there are not as many pioneers as followers…so which group would you like to be among? The answer will tell you if you have the ‘pioneer spirit’ inside or not!
